Subject to stock availability and payment, for orders places between Monday and Friday, we will endeavour to dispatch them on the same working day or the following day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday after that time will be dispatched on the Monday.
All orders will be sent by Royal Mail and should reach UK residents between 2 and 3 days, but please allow up to 10 days if the post takes a little longer than anticipated.
All purchase will require a signature on delivery.

Lost parcels :
Please inform us if your parcel hasn’t reached you within 15 working days of the order date for the UK and for international destinations, within 30 working days.
Out of stock :
We are trying our best to maintain our stock levels, however, should you not be able to buy an item online, please drop us a line with the garment you wish to purchase, it’s color and size and we will check with our workshop if the garment is available or how long it would take to get it to you !

At Mademoiselle Sophie, we really hope you will be happy with the items you have purchased,. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase for any items bought on our website, within 20 days of purchase.
Please note that we are not in a position to exchange / refund goods that have been used, washed or damaged. Kindly ensure that all returns are sent back in a re-saleable condition with the swing ticket still attached along with a proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, we won’t be able to refund or exchange your items.
Mademoiselle Sophie will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn and the swing tag has been removed. In such situations, the items will be returned to the customer.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, however, if you need to change a size, we will send you the replacement at no cost (UK only) . Kindly enclose your order number or a copy of the invoice as otherwise, we won’t be able to process your request.
We try to proceed with refunds and exchange as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 21 days.
Damaged or Faulty items :
In the unlikely event that the items bought reach you either damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so that we can either replace or repair the items.
The delivery charges for either damaged or faulty items will be refunded.
Cancellation rights :
Under the Distance Selling Regulation, you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of the receipt of your goods, with the exception of made to order goods.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
We would like to recommend that you use Recorded Delivery when returning the product as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
